Perusing through the many blogs I follow I stumbled upon My Style Vita's recipe of a smoothie in a bowl. Since I make smoothies in the morning quite often I decided to give it a go and see how it turns out. I added my favorite cereal on top to add some crunch. Honestly, it turned out good - the only thing I would change for the next time is not blending it so much to a smoothie consistency, it was almost like I was eating soup, which boggled my brain a bit.
Y'all should know by now that I eyeball everything
Handful of frozen blueberries
Handful of spinach
1 cup of vanilla greek yogurt of your choice - I use Dannon Oikos Greek Yogurt
A splash of orange juice
Handful of ice cubes
Cereal or granola of your choice on top
