On My Table: Grilled Salmon Salad

I do a good job at keeping my diet pretty consistent with meal planning and cooking twice a week. But, like any human I have my days and sometimes weeks where I eat whatever I want. I'm a firm believer in eating what you want - I think when you try to completely cut something out it makes your cravings stronger and ultimately when you eat that forbidden food you overindulge.
This is one of my many salad creations. When I know I've been a little out of control I usually reel myself back in by making salads for a few nights. This salad was soo good and I was nice and full after I devoured the plate.
Ingredients:
Lettuce of your choice
Cabbage
Red Onion
Cherry Tomatoes
Craisins
Feta Cheese
For the salmon all I did was sprinkle some Mrs. Dash seasoning on both sides and pan fry it on the stove. As far as the dressing, I usually eyeball it:) I put all of the ingredients minus the salmon and feta and toss in a medium sized bowl, then plate and add the salmon and the feta cheese on top.
